Creative Rights

Hawk Miniatures owns the creative rights to all of our kits. They are sold by us, or one of our agents, for personal use only. They are not to be re-sold, painted, or otherwise, except where express permission has been given by Hawk Miniatures. Or the un-made kits are being sold by an individual at a model club, show, or through an auction site.

All prices on this website are quoted in pounds sterling and are correct as of the last update of the website. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, once an order is placed, the price is guaranteed.

Details About Our Shop Stock

All orders are dispatched from stock unless otherwise stated on the website. New releases may be listed as Available Shortly and where we are out of stock these items will be listed as Out of Stock. All delays in processing orders will be notified directly by email.

How to Cancel an Order

On receipt of the items, please examine the goods carefully. If there are any problems, such as breakages or missing parts, please take note of the details and inform Hawk Miniatures accordingly within 7 days of receipt and a refund or replacement will be issued.

Customers wishing to cancel or return their order are required to do so within 7 days of receipt of the items. Kindly advise us in writing - by letter or e-mail - of your decision to cancel and Hawk Miniatures will reimburse you fully within 30 days. Hawk Miniatures will also refund postage incurred for the return of the said items. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
