Hawk Miniatures produces historical model figure kits for serious modellers and collectors — researched, sculpted and cast in the UK in high-quality resin. Our range spans over two thousand years of military history in 75mm, 90mm, 100mm and 150mm scales, from Ancient Rome and the Viking age to the Napoleonic Wars, the Victorian colonial campaigns and the World Wars. Every kit is designed to reward careful assembly and painting with crisp, characterful detail.
Figures by period
Explore the collection by era, including Napoleonic and Waterloo subjects, the Crimean War, the Victorian Sudan and Afghan campaigns, the American War of Independence and the Battle of Assaye. The wider range also covers Roman, Viking, Medieval, English Civil War, American Civil War and WWII figures.

Shoulder to shoulder at Waterloo: this 75mm scale resin figure depicts a standing Private of the Grenadier Guards at the Battle of Waterloo, 1815 — the regiment whose defiance of the French Imperial Guard won it its enduring name. Like its kneeling companion, the kit includes two sets of arms, one firing and one presenting arms, for a flexible display. Sculpted by Alan Ball.
The kit is a multi-part resin figure supplied unassembled and unpainted, and requires assembly. Any groundwork shown in the photographs was provided by the artist and is not included. Not suitable for children under 12.
A firing line ready to build: this 75mm scale resin figure set gathers four Grenadier Guards at the Battle of Waterloo, 1815 — an Officer and three Privates. Together they recreate the steady scarlet wall that helped break Napoleon’s Imperial Guard and gave the regiment its famous name. Sculpted by Alan Ball, it’s the ideal way to collect the whole unit at once.
The set is supplied as multi-part resin figures, unassembled and unpainted, and requires assembly. Any groundwork shown in the photographs was provided by the artist and is not included. Not suitable for children under 12.

Sun-bleached khaki and grey serge, tanned leather and dusty webbing invite subtle weathering and tonal variation — our Kolinsky sable brushes give the control, while a dry brush lifts the dust and highlights. Explore more of the era in our Victorian miniatures range.
